Introducing our law firm

Founded to Provide Large-Firm Expertise with Small-Firm Care

in Estates, Businesses, Nonprofit

Organizations, and Disability Advocacy.

Janae Hofer

Overcoming my physical disability of cerebral palsy to graduate summa cum laude with a bachelor's in business, I attended Creighton School of Law on a full-ride scholarship. Graduating cum laude in the top 15% of my law class, my unwavering desire was to use my legal skills to help people, their businesses, and nonprofits. I gained invaluable legal knowledge and experience at Union Pacific and a large law firm before pursuing my dream of starting a practice focused on individualized service.

Areas of Practice

Clients range from young individuals and couples seeking simple estate plans to seasoned individuals with diverse assets seeking optimization of wealth transfer and protection.  Services include drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney; funding trusts; and settling estates.

From formation to legal advice on operations, taxation, risk management, and succession planning, clients receive comprehensive representation and advice to help their businesses thrive.

With a client-driven bias toward reduced rates, nonprofit clients receive critical highly-competent legal advice and assistance without undue financial burdens.

Uniquely equipped by life experiences, I advise on disabled individuals' educational, occupational, and public access rights. Coordination of benefits advising is also available.
